about the fisher firm

Located in the historic Butler Building in downtown West Plains, Missouri, the Fisher Firm LLC is proud to continue the 18-year tradition of the former Ray & Fisher law firm. Law partner R. David Ray now presides as Associate Circuit Judge of Howell County, Missouri.

Chrys Fisher’s practice is a balance of litigation and transactional work. The firm focuses on real estate, estate planning, business transactions, criminal defense, and family law.

Estate Planning

Proper estate planning is essential for all of us. It’s not only about one’s last will and testament. We help our clients compose living trusts and work to make sure your assets don’t enter into probate and that your family is taken care of.

Entity Formation

Starting a new business? Let us help you with the ins and outs of LLC and corporation creation.

Real Estate

When you purchase land, your dream home, or business property, you want to be protected against unforeseen circumstances or liablity. We work througout the region to ensure the best for our clients.

Criminal Defense

A misdemeanor or felony charge can seem very daunting. But you don’t have to face it alone. We can help. We work with local prosecutors and in many cases can get your charge reduced or even dropped, depending on the situation.

Traffic / River Tickets

Facing a traffic or river ticket? Oh yeah, sometimes it happens. We can help with all sorts of traffic, river, or boating violations.
